If you are looking for a flight, make sure to check out AirfareWatchDog.com.  I had never heard of the site before, but I read about it the other day and then someone recommended it to me today.

Since I am looking for a round trip flight in August to the west coast, I am open to using all possible sites to find the lowest price.

Once thing I really like about AirfareWatchDog.com is that I can set up an email alert based on the exact trip I am looking for.  I'm not to fond of general travel email newsletters where you get a bunch of random deals that usually have nothing to do with what you are interested in.  To be able to sign up for an email alert system based on the exact parameters of my upcoming travle plans was awesome.  How the execution of the email alert pans out is to be determined, but I like the concept and signed up.

When I read about AirfareWatchDog.com the other day, it was in an article about the best Twitter feeds to follow.  I don't use Twitter very much, but apparently there are some very good deals that get sent out by the site on their feed.  They also have a Facebook page with similar offers and information. 

I just wanted to pass along this recommendation.  If anyone has suggestions for where I should look to get a cheap flight, I am open to any ideas.  Thanks.
